Clarence demonstrated great intelligence and a desire to learn when starting basic obedience training at 8 weeks of age. After completing his basic obedience training and transitioning to basic then advanced bird work, his natural ability pertaining to prey drive, pointing, quarting/working a field and delivering bird to hand became very evident. He excelled in all of these areas and required minimal guidance. Clarence is a medium to long ranging dog that holds his points with a lot of intensity. Clarenece is built with great confirmation, he is a medium sized shorthair with a dense coat. Clarence embodies a temperament and willingness to please his handler that is ideal for a working dog as well as a family companion.
